To comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Legislation, in advance of commencing your virtual office service, My Virtual Office is required by law to obtain and hold verified proof of the following information:

b. Verified proof of address and proof of ID for directors and all beneficial owners
c. A brief description of the nature of your business
For a Sole Trader we require sight of original or a verified copy of the original:
a. Verified proof of address and proof of ID for directors and all beneficial owners
b. A brief description of the nature of your business
These can be verified by a solicitor, accountant, post master etc. Alternatively, you can call into our office and we can sight the documents.
There is no minimum time period for monthly contract terms. For cancellation 1 month’s written notice is required.
